Pizza for Pops

It was fun celebrating Pops's birthday in downtown Denton at our favorite pizza joint, J&Js, and our favorite bookstore, Recycled Books & Records.  The pizza was awesome, as always.  Evie enjoyed a little of it under her mountain of parmesan cheese.  

Gram and Pops let Sam and Evie choose some books.  Sam went right for the section on states and presidents.  He chose a book called The Remarkable Ronald Reagan.  Come to find out, that day, February 6th, would have been President Reagan's 105th birthday!  Perfect choice!

Evie's currently obsessed with Golden Books, so she chose this version of Sleeping Beauty along with a Margaret Wise Brown bunny Golden Book.
